mwbqHaia o Haya è una mwbgdivinità mwbwsumera minore, sposo di mwcaNisaba (o Nidaba), dea maggiore della mwcqsaggezza, della mwcgscrittura e della mwcwletteratura. Era venerato come dio dei magazzini e guardiano delle porte. Era anche protettore della scrittura e degli scribi. Era un ufficiale della guardia del dio mwdaEnlil.

Il suo culto, praticato soprattutto nella mwdgMesopotamia meridionale, si svolgeva soprattutto fra mwdwUmma e mweaUr, nel tempio di mweqNanna, dio della luna. Due iscrizioni frammentarie di mwegNinive menzionano la costruzione pianificata di un tempio dedicato a Haya da parte del re neo-assiro mwewSennacherib (ca. 704-681 a.C.).cite-ref-1[1]
